Galder Varas is a Spanish comedian and screenwriter, born in Bilbao in 1987 but raised in Alicante. He has made a name for himself in the world of comedy through his live performances and television work. He has been a writer for shows like La Resistencia and Comedy Central, and currently participates in the Movistar program Últimos Fichajes. His stand-up career began in 2017, and in 2018 he founded his own comedy label, La Bromerie, in Madrid, where he regularly performs.

Galder won the Audience Award at the Sundance TV Shorts Festival 2017 for his short film Billy Boy. He has also brought his humor to international stages with his show Esto no es un show, performing in countries across Latin America and the United States. Additionally, he is well known for his success on social media, particularly TikTok and Instagram, where his videos have attracted the attention of thousands of followers.

His humor stands out for being fresh and spontaneous, which has allowed him to connect with audiences across various venues and festivals.

Galder Varas, known for his improvisational comedy style, is currently in the middle of his tour titled Esto no es un show. This tour began in late 2023 and will continue throughout 2024, visiting various cities in Spain. Some of his upcoming shows include dates in Madrid, Valencia, and Barcelona, with performances scheduled for December 2023 and January 2024.
