Important information
People between 14 to 17 years old require to be accompanied by an adult during use.
Delivery is only for the south of the island.
Delivery and collection will be at the same place as requested by clients.
If the bikes are hired only for 1 day they have to be returned the same evening, not the following morning.
For customers outside the south the furthest collection point is San Isidro.
We will not deliver the bikes in the North, the customer have to do it themselves they would have to collect and give back in San Isidro.
For customers who take the bike to the north you should be charged a deposit of € 100, in case of not returning the bike in the south, they will lose the deposit.

- Punto de encuentro:
-Recuerda llevar el bono y un documento de identidad con fotografía válido.
- Asegúrate de llegar al punto de encuentro con al menos 15 minutos de antelación respecto al inicio de la excursión.
Observaciones: - las personas entre 14 y 17 años deben ir acompañadas por un adulto durante el uso.
- La entrega es solo para el sur de la isla. La entrega y la devolución se realizarán en el mismo lugar solicitado por los clientes. Si las bicicletas se alquilan solo por 1 día, deben devolverse la misma tarde, no a la mañana siguiente. Para los clientes que se encuentren fuera del sur, el punto de recogida más alejado es San Isidro, y el cliente necesitará un depósito de 100 puntos en caso de que no lo devuelva y tengamos que ir a recogerlo.
