What to remember- The ticket exempts visitors from going through the ticket office but does not grant priority access to the museum
- Temporary exhibitions may be subject to admission. In this case, the corresponding Time Pass must be purchased on the day of the visit. Time availability will be subject to demand
- The museum is open Monday to Saturday from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm. Sundays and holidays from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm. Limited opening hours on 6 January, 24 and 31 December from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm. Last admission 30 minutes before closing. The museum is closed on 1 January, 1 May, 25 December
- The museum is wheelchair accessible (adapted restrooms, accessible lifts, ramps and platforms). Auditorium and displays equipped with magnetic induction loop. Loan of wheelchairs at the cloakroom. Guide dogs are welcome
- Free admission for all visitors Monday to Saturday from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm and Sundays and holidays from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm. The 19th of November may be free entry due to the Museum's anniversary
- Reduced admission available onsite for seniors 65+, youth card holders and members of large families
- Free admission available onsite for children under 18, students 18-25 and disabled visitors + 1 carer

Enter via the Jerónimos entrance, located on the left side of the box office. This entrance is indicated by a sign outside the museum.
