You will start next to the Ópera Metro stop, from where you will go to the Almudena Cathedral, whose name is due to the legendary appearance of a Virgin inside the Islamic wall of the city. There, you will get to know all the details of its architecture, both the exteriors and the interiors.
Later, you will cross the Plaza de la Armería to see the Royal Palace. You will enter it through the access for groups, so you will not have to wait for the long queue that is usually posted in front of the main door. Once inside, you will visit the most emblematic areas of the building: the Gasparini Chamber, the Throne Room, the Hall of Mirrors, the marble stairs, the Royal Armory, and many more. - The palace's left-luggage service will not be available during the guided tour. Nor will it be possible to access the monuments with objects larger than 30x20x20 cm. These packages must be carried on the front of the body for the duration of the visit
- If a reservation is made with some type of discount, it will be necessary to show the document that proves the condition required for said discount. Otherwise, the difference in price compared to the regular tour must be paid
- A minimum of 3 people is needed to guarantee departure. This quota is almost always reached. If this is not the case, we will contact you to offer you an alternative
- On occasions, and for reasons beyond our control, the Almudena Cathedral may have restricted access. If so, the explanation will be given outside the temple
The guides will be waiting next to the exit of the Opera Metro with a blue umbrella from Todo Tours. To facilitate the organization of the groups, please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start time of the tour.
