- The entrance ticket of Alcázar is nominative. Each ticket belongs to one person identified with ID card or passport. It is mandatory to bring the original document on the day of the tour. Alcazar does not allow changes or cancellations
- Seniors and children must bring an original ID card or passport. Otherwise, the monuments may not allow the entrance
- Seniors reduction only applies to EU citizens
- All participants need to make a reservation, including infants
