As daylight fades, watch the setting sun fire this landscape in a blaze of colour and toast the sunset with a glass of cava. Then, once darkness has fallen, we'll continue on to a special viewpoint where your professional guide will map out the night sky for you, explaining the starry constellations. And to top it all, a three-course dinner sets the seal on the whole magical outing.
