Alcazaba de Málaga

Considered the little sister of the Alhambra in Granada, we can assure you that the Alcazaba of Malaga will not leave you indifferent. Both buildings belonged to the Nasrid dynasty and in this Alcazaba you will fall in love with its gardens, walls and palaces. You can find it on Mount Gibralfaro.

Marqués de Larios Street

How could we visit the city of Malaga without strolling along Marqués de Larios street? It is considered one of the most beautiful nineteenth-century streets in Spain, and is notable for the elegance of the buildings designed by Eduardo Strachan and Viana-Cárdenas.

Malaga Cathedral

Another of the plans in Malaga that you can’t miss is a visit to the cathedral. This is one of Spain’s Renaissance treasures, and a visit to the cathedral means being impressed by its main chapel, its painting of the Virgin of the Rosary and the Gothic altarpiece of Santa Bárbara.

Malagueta Beach

Between the Port of Malaga and the beach of La Caleta we find one of the essential urban beaches in Spain. It has 1200 metres of blonde sand and the best thing is that it is only 10 minutes away from the city centre, so you have no excuse not to go for a swim!

On route through its villages

The province of Malaga is also synonymous with beautiful villages. It would be unforgivable not to visit Ronda, possibly the most touristic village and the gateway to the Sierra de Grazalema. Your attention will immediately go to its emblematic and historic Puente Nuevo bridge, which joins the two banks of the Guadalevín river.

Also a must is the municipality of Nerja, where you will find the famous Nerja Cave, of no less than 4823 metres, one of the most topographically developed in Andalusia. Make it a must for your plans in Malaga!

Marbella

What would the Costa del Sol be without Marbella? One of the tourist cities par excellence in our country where glamour and tans are the main protagonists. However, this destination is much more than sun and beach, and if you visit its old town, you will realise how much it is worth getting lost in its streets. Pure Andalusian essence!
