The tour starts every day the morning at 10:00 (closed Thursday, Saturdays and Sundays).

Your 4-hour adventure begins with a visit to the natural reserve of Maspalomas Dunes, a small desert area made up of golden sand dunes: beautiful area declared a special nature reserve by the Canary Islands government. Here the guide will explain the geological formation of this incredible giants mountain of golden sand.

Stop at the Botanical Park of Maspalomas for a short walking tour to see local flora.Here thanks to the information of the local guide you will learn to distinguish the most important endemic and tropical plants such as Aloe vera, Mango, Banana, Papaya. Then ride along beside the Atlantic Ocean, passing Pasito Blanco Port and Montaña arena. On the way there is a stop to admire an archaeological site made up of the ancient aboriginal houses of the Guanches, the primitive pre-Hispanic population that populated the island before the Spanish conquest. Stop to admire one of the few banana plantations in the south of the island.

Finally you’ll arrive in the old fishing village of El Pajar - Arguineguin. Stop to visit to the fishing village and its pretty volcanic beach. Here we will also visit a very special small Church, because it was built in a cave known as "Cueva de Santa Águeda". Afterwards, enjoy a lunch of local cuisine tasting fresh fish Taps (overlooking the sea) in one of the most famous kiosks of the south for the excellent fresh fish because it is managed by a family of Canarian fishermen for many generations.

For the return we will pass to visit the beautiful volcanic beach of Meloneras with its characteristic dark sand. From Meloneras beach we will travel along the luxurious panoramic promenade until we reach the old lighthouse of Maspalomas, working since 1890 and declared a monument of historical interest by the Canary Islands Government.Last stop to admire "la Charca", a small lagoon adjacent to the dunes of Maspalomas which constitutes the most important part of the whole nature reserve. In fact in this protected area, there are about 40 species of different migratory birds and residents in the archipelago. This place is the best point of view to experience the excitement of birdwatching and make some unforgettable photos immersed in the wildest nature.
