The boat and venue are not accessible for wheelchairs

Know in advance:

Please be at the jetty 10 minutes before departure. In case of delay at the meeting point, the guides will always wait a reasonable time. After this time unfortunately the boat has to continue with the tour and you would lose the tour without the possibility of reimbursement
If meteorological problems occur, the captain may vary the route
Children up to 3 years old can join for free
A toilet is available onboard
