We start on the southwest coast road, we go through Castillo Romeral, Juan Grande to Sardina. Along the highway of knives we arrive at our first stop, the Mirador de GURIETE, where the historical value of the last resistance of the Guanche troops in the battle of La Fortaleza will be explained to the clients.
Then we visit an impressive cave inside. We continue to the picturesque authentic Canarian town of Santa Lucía. There clients have the possibility to see and explore the town with its churches.
We will climb through pine and almond forests to Pico de las Nieves, the highest point that can be visited on the island of Gran Canaria with spectacular views of Roque Nublo, a symbol of Gran Canaria. (And with some luck we see the island of Tenerife with Mount Teide – the highest mountain in all of Spain.)
Going down we arrive at the typical restaurant of La Candelilla where we include an XXL sandwich with Meat or Spanish omelette and a drink of your choice (Coffee, Tea, Soft drink or water).
Through the big cross and passing through the towns of San Bartolomé de Tirajana and Fataga we arrive at the ravine of the 1000 Palms with a visit to an Aloe Vera plantation.
And our last stop is the Degollada de las Yeguas viewpoint with impressive views over the dunes of Maspalomas.
