- the stadium is still under renovation, so the turf may be removed from the pitch when you visit and possibly the tour will be limited to a panoramic view of the stadium, Real Madrid CF Museum, photo-montages with players and the store
- this ticket is valid only for the chosen date, you can visit the stadium at any time during the opening hours
- this ticket is not valid for weekends, holidays and match days
- infants under 5 years old can enter for free
- due to the various events that are held at the stadium, the route and timings of the visit may alter
Due to organizational reasons: Sunday December 17th, opening times will work from 10:00h to 16:00h; Sunday December 24th, opening times will work from 10:00h to 14:00h; Monday December 25th, Tour Bernabéu will remain closed; Sunday December 31st, opening times will work from 10:00h to 14:00h; Monday January 1st, Tour Bernabéu will remain closed; Wednesday January 3rd, opening times will work from 09:30h to 14:00h
