- The card is valid for 7 days from its first day of use. The date will be printed on the card and it may only be used for 7 days as from said date by the same person
- Your voucher is valid one year from the date of purchase
- When you collect your card, you will receive a card holder and a map with all the addresses of the establishments and services where you will receive a discount on presenting your card
- The card can be validated with a date stamp that can be applied at each of the sales points. If validation is not possible, it can be validated at a point of use by filling in the expiry date in ink.
- A Valencia Tourist Card cannot be returned if the card has been delivered to any of the points of sale or collection (Tourist Offices, headquarters or main office of the Visit València Foundation, vending machines, smart points, agents/tour operators, hotels, hostels, campsites)
- Note that the card does not include urban transportation or food
